2. Include your order ID or purchase email address
3. State that you would like a refund

That's it. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Your access to the private GitHub repository (if applicable) will be revoked

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds.
