License and Usage Terms

    SwiftAI Boilerplate Pro is sold as a paid boilerplate with a private license.

    Grant of License

    Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SwiftAI Boilerplate Pro for commercial and personal projects. This is a private license intended for individual or internal organizational use only.

    What You Can Do

    • ✓Use and modify the code in your own projects
    • ✓Build unlimited personal or commercial apps on top of it
    • ✓Share the code privately inside your own organization
    • ✓Distribute apps built with the boilerplate on the App Store
    • ✓Create private forks for your personal or team use

    What You Cannot Do

    • ✗Redistribute, resell, or upload the boilerplate source code as a product
    • ✗Publish the boilerplate, or any substantial part of it, in a public GitHub repository or any public platform
    • ✗Make forks or derived repositories public
    • ✗Create derivative boilerplates or templates for sale
    • ✗Share your private GitHub repository access with people outside your organization

    Important Notice

    Any forks or derived repositories must remain private. Unauthorized sharing or publication of the boilerplate source code may result in DMCA takedown requests and license termination.

    Updates

    Lifetime updates are included. You'll receive access to all future versions, improvements, and bug fixes at no additional cost. Updates are delivered through the private GitHub repository or via email for ZIP buyers.

    Support

    While we provide comprehensive documentation and best-effort support, this license does not include custom development, consulting, or guaranteed response times.
